Adventure Australia provides active recreation and adventure tourism services throughout Australia, including but not limited to diving expeditions, hiking tours, surfing lessons, cultural experiences, and wildlife encounters. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment due 14 days before the activity date. Cancellation policies vary by activity type and season.

• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 1-14 days in advance: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or reschedule option

4. Participant Requirements and Responsibilities

Participants must meet specific age, health, and fitness requirements for each activity. All participants are required to complete health questionnaires and liability waivers before participation. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in activities.

5. Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. While we maintain the highest safety standards, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities may result in injury or property damage. All participants must follow safety instructions and use provided safety equipment at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adventure Australia's liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service provision. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering adventure activities.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must respect local environments, wildlife, and cultural sites. Inappropriate behavior, including intoxication, harassment, or failure to follow safety instructions, may result in immediate removal from activities without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Adventure Australia or our licensed partners. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
